Diane Pershing, born and raised in Queens, New York, is a romance novelist, television writer, and voice actor.

She wrote episodes for the television series The Love Boat and What's Happening Now!!. Her work in romance novels includes Whispers and Lies, The Wish, and Cassie's Cowboy.

She is most well-known for providing the voice of the villainess Poison Ivy on Batman: The Animated Series and its subsequent spin-offs. She has also lent her voice to shows such as Inspector Gadget, Darkwing Duck, The New Adventures of Flash Gordon and Smurfs.
